Opened in 2016 and continuing to expand, Ridge45 is a pet-friendly, multi-family community in Traverse City offering one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The community is located in Traverse City, Michigan, near some of the city’s most frequented shopping, dining and entertainment spots, like Grand Traverse Mall and Traverse City Golf and Country Club.
Residents can get to where they need to go for business or pleasure by making use of Highway 31 nearby or Cherry Capital Airport just two miles away.
One indoor and two outdoor fireplaces were built throughout the Community Center.

The patio was built for year-round enjoyment. The saltwater pool is a great place to cool off on a hot summer day. Meanwhile, the hot tub was built with heated pavement which allows it to be open in all seasons.
Pulling from our experience as a custom home builder, we designed the community center to be an inviting multi-purpose space, inside and out.

Coming in spring 2018, Trailside45 is a new apartment community tailored to those with active lifestyles. Located on the TART Trail, residents can walk out their door and bike the 10.5-mile urban recreation trail offering access to resorts, shops, restaurants, recreation areas, local neighborhoods and much more. When residents return, they can conveniently store their bikes in a separate storage area so as not to consume precious space in their apartment. The community will have 74 apartments, from 650-square-foot studios to larger two-bedroom units.
